Tonight was one of those Boudin Barndance's where we tried to cram four hours of stuff into a three hour program. In other words, bad planning on yours truly's part that snubbed our look at the recent Kent Soul collection The Fame Studios Story which in turn cut short our Etta James tribute to close the show. We'll pick up on the Fame set again next week. New stuff continues to trickle in and a bunch of releases made their Barndance debut this evening including albums from Kelly Pardekooper, Kathleen Edwards, The Pines, Randy Thompson, Jackstraw, and Jesse Blaylin. Buttshaker of the week???? Going back to 1995, The Hollisters with "Good For the Blues". Now let's all grab a cold one and get to the goods....
