Back in the Boudin Barndance saddle this evening after a week off for a jaunt to Texas, namely Austin, for all that it offers. Mixed things up tonight on the show. We did feature music from the bands playing our sold-out Swamp Stomp 7 music fest this weekend, not to mention playing a flashback set of headlining artists from previous years of the event. A bunch of new albums making their Barndance debuts tonight including longplayers from John Hiatt (in Newport, RI on Saturday night), Jess Klein, Puss 'n Boots, Carolina Story, Corb Lund, Jason Tyler Burton, Dolly Parton, Ryan Adams, Jack White, and Lee Fields & the Expressions.† Buttshaker of the week????† Billy Jack Wills & His Western Swing Band take the prize with "Cadillac in Model A".† Now letís all grab a cold one or two (I got mine!) and get to the goods....
