Yet another Boudin Barndance went down on this beautiful Thursday evening. 28+ years running! We welcomed singer/songwriter/guitar slinger Stan Martin on tonight’s program. Stan joined us during the last hour for talk, live playing, and spinning some recorded stuff. He plays Nick-a-Nee’s in Providence with his full band next Friday night (Sept. 25). Check him out at www.stanmartin.net/.  New releases making the Barndance hit parade for the first time tonight included albums from Patty Griffin, Michael O’Connor, Leigh Nash, and Tommy Emmanuel. Buttshaker of the week????  Birthday boy Billy Joe Shaver with “Heart of Texas”. Now let’s all grab a cold one, or two, and get to the goods....
